Cal2Cash generates a payment request and attaches a payment link tag directly inside the Google Calendar event — visible to you and your attendees. Any time you change the event duration, the hourly amount updates automatically.

Yes. Rates are set per event, not per client — giving you full flexibility. You can set a flat amount for a fixed-price session, or an hourly rate that auto-calculates from the event start and end time. You can also add per-event discounts for sliding-scale arrangements.

When that date arrives, Cal2Cash automatically adds the fee to the outstanding amount, sends the client an email notification, and updates the payment link — all without any action from you.
